What we collect
Account data (email, display name), the sentences you type, and the structured cards we generate from them. When you use voice input, we also process the short audio clip you record. We store basic preferences (currency, timezone, plan).
How we use it
To run NoFormu: parse your text into cards, sync across devices, and operate your account. Your text is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini via Lovable AI Gateway) only to produce a structured card. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Voice input (speech-to-text)
When you tap the mic, the recorded audio is sent to our speech provider only to transcribe it into text. Audio clips are not retained after transcription — only the resulting text is saved, and only if you submit it as a card.
Where it lives
Data is stored in our managed backend with row-level security so only you can read your cards. Voice audio is processed in transit and discarded after transcription or synthesis.
Your rights
You can delete any card at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email support and we will remove it within 30 days.
